Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free shipping within New Zealand for all orders, regardless of price. Currently this services all of the North Island and South Island, but unfortunately we don't offer shipping to additional islands, such as Stewart Island and Waiheke Island.

All orders are printed to order from our home studio in Ohoka, New Zealand. Standard designs are printed and shipped within 1-5 working days following your order, and custom designs are printed within 1-5 days following your approval of your previews. We only provide tracked shipping. If our turnaround time is different for any reason, it will be stated in the top banner of our website.

Once your order has been booked for collection, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on it if need be. Once your parcel has been collected by our courier, please allow 3 working days (and 2 extra for rural) for your parcel to be delivered. This time may be slightly longer during periods around public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Australia, United States, Canada and United Kingdom
Please allow 10 - 15 working days for your parcel to arrive once it has been shipped. We only provide tracked shipping.

Rest of World
Unfortunately we don't offer shipping to additional countries as standard at this time, but feel free to get in touch for a quote.

MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel tracking shows it has been delivered but this is incorrect or if it seems to be taking unusually long to arrive, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can follow up with our courier company, check out what has happened and find a solution for you. 

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged in any way, please photograph the packaging and its contents and send them to us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you via overnight courier, and lodge a claim for the damages with our courier company.
