Custom Order Process
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ORDER A CUSTOM PRINT?
If you've got your eye on one of our custom prints or you've just ordered for the first time and want to know how the process goes, this is the page for you!
If you've filled out all the information on the relevant product page and sent through any photos etc., then we'll get started on your order ASAP. If you've opted to send information or photos in later, we'll start once we receive them. If we need any more information we'll reach out to you.
From here, once we've finished your order we'll send you an email with a preview image within 1-5 working days. If this turnaround time differs for any reason, it will be in the top bar of the website.
The preview is a visual representation of how your order looks based on your selections. Please look over it carefully and ensure all information and illustrations, photos etc. are correct. If you'd like any changes made then this is the time to let us know.
If you require any changes, we'll get those sorted for you and send through another preview. We'll continue going back and forth like this until you're happy with the final image.
Once you've approved you're happy with your order, it's time for it to make it's way to you! If you've ordered a digital download, we'll email this to you within 1 working day. If you've ordered a printed poster, we'll get it packed up and ready for the courier. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
